Without a drill stand, machining is possible up to a maximum diameter of 125 mm. However, we recommend working with a drill stand from a diameter of 100 mm.

DiamondDKB-180/3H core drill with KBS-280M drill stand

The DKB-180/3H diamond core drill impresses with its powerful 2300 watt motorisation at 230 volts and is ideal for precise drilling in materials such as concrete, stone and masonry, both in wet and dry cutting. Weighing just 6.3 kg, it is light and easy to handle despite its high performance. The device operates at a frequency of 50-60 Hz.

In combination with a core drill rig, the capacity of the DKB-180/3H diamond core drilling machine is increased, enabling it to drill holes up to a maximum diameter of 220 mm. The versatility of the device is supported by the three selectable idle speeds of 740, 1630 and 3270 revolutions per minute, which allows it to be adapted to different drilling tasks and materials. The tool is equipped with a universal spindle thread of 1 1/4" UNC & G1/2, which ensures compatibility with a wide range of core bits and other accessories. These features make the DKB-180/3H a flexible and powerful tool for demanding drilling jobs.

An outstanding feature is its mechanical 3-speed grease gearbox, which enables efficient power transmission. Equipped for wet and dry cutting, the tool is particularly suitable for drilling in concrete, stone, brick and masonry.

The versatile drive spindle with 1 1/4" UNC external thread and G1/2" internal thread extends the application possibilities of the device.

The KBS-280M core drill rig, ideal for professional use, is made of robust material and enables precise drilling with variable alignment. It has an adjustable aluminium base for drilling between 0° and 45°, integrated levelling, adjustable slide bearings and locks for stability, and can handle large drill bits and high torque.
