Description
7-piece HSS core drill bit set with Weldon shank and ejector pin
Our HSScore drill bits are the result of years of experience in the field of tool technology. They are characterised by their high quality and durability. We achieve this by using cobalt-alloyed high-performance high-speed steel, which offers greater resistance to heat-induced hardening.
The range comprises 6 core drill bits with diameters of 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm and 22 mm, as well as an ejector pin, all stored in a plastic case. These core drills are made from high-quality material and offer a long service life and high performance. The ejector pin is used in the initial phase to centre the tool in the correct position and improve accuracy when drilling holes. This set is ideal for users who regularly carry out core drilling in various sizes and includes a wide selection of core bits in different diameters and an ejector pin for easy handling. The plastic case ensures the tools are stored safely and neatly and makes them easy to transport.
These core drill bits are ideal for drilling materials that are difficult to machine and are suitable for the most demanding applications. They can be used for machining unalloyed and alloyed steels (up to 1200 N/mm²), hot- and cold-work steels, as well as quenched and tempered steels. Our core drills have a Weldon shank (19 mm) and are CBN-ground. The working length is 30 mm.
Advantages of HSS core drills
HSS core drills offer several advantages over other drills. Firstly, their simple design makes them easy to handle and they can be clamped into a machine with ease. This makes them ideal for applications where quick and easy handling is required.
Another advantage of HSS core drills is their longer service life compared to other types of drill. Thanks to their robust construction and the use of high-quality materials, they last longer, thereby reducing the costs associated with replacing drill bits and the resulting production downtime.
HSS core drill bits are an efficient and cost-effective way of drilling precise, high-quality holes in materials that are difficult to machine.
