Shipping information
On this page we inform you about our delivery times, shipping countries as well as the different shipping methods and their costs.
If your country of delivery is not listed or your order is outside our standard shipping calculation, please do not hesitate to contact us for individual shipping costs for your order.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Items with different delivery times will be dispatched in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

We deliver domestically (Germany) and to the following countries:

All prices are net prices plus VAT.
Standard parcel shipping
- Germany: 5,46€ (up to 99,99€ net value of goods, above that free shipping)
- EU countries: 18,39€
- Switzerland & rest of Europe: 27,39€
Standard shipping
- Germany: Free shipping
- EU countries: 91,51€
- Switzerland & rest of Europe: 185,90€
Express delivery
You can order from us on weekdays by express delivery with delivery on the next working day by 12 noon. Express delivery is only possible within Germany. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- For forwarding goods, the order must be placed by 10 a.m. at the latest.
- For parcel service shipments, the order must be placed by 1 p.m. at the latest.
- The cost of express delivery is from €24.90 (depending on weight and shipping method).
