Safely and efficiently remove jammed drill bits and cores - "Monkey" rotary hammer and KernFix550
When core drilling, drill bits can often jam or get stuck in the material. Stuck drill cores in the crown itself are also a common problem, especially with reinforced concrete or difficult drilling conditions. We offer tried-and-tested solutions for such cases: the Monkey rotary hammer and the KernFix550.
The Monkey rotary hammer has been specially developed to loosen wedged or stuck diamond core bits and safely remove cores from the core barrel. Thanks to its robust construction, optimised impact weight and functional design, the rotary hammer is particularly easy to use. It can be used with or without a wrist strap. The supplied hand strap can be fitted if required and significantly increases the impact force. The Monkey rotary hammer is the ideal tool for professional use on the construction site and ensures a smooth workflow when core drilling.
The KernFix550 is the clever solution for removing stuck drill cores from the crown. The system works mechanically and can be operated with little effort. You clamp the tool into the crown, fix the core and pull it out evenly, quickly, safely and without damaging the crown. The tool is particularly useful for repeated work in reinforced concrete thanks to its reliability and time savings.
