SWK quick-change system for diamond drill bits with a 1 1/4 UNC connection

The SWK/SWM quick-change system set is a solution for the quick and easy replacement of diamond core bits. It is compatible with core drilling machines featuring a 1 1/4 UNC external thread, as well as diamond drill bits with a 1 1/4 UNC internal thread.
The SWK diamond core bit connection is fitted with a 1 1/4 UNC external thread and enables diamond core bits to be changed quickly. This provides a high degree of flexibility and saves time.

The SWK/SWM quick-change system set is robust and can be used for both wet and dry applications; it is suitable for diamond core drilling machines as well as soft-hammer core drilling rigs. Our set comprises the SWM machine adapter, which is fitted to the core drilling machine, and the SWK diamond core bit adapter, to which the core bit is attached. To make changing the core bit even easier and more efficient, we recommend using an SWK-type adapter for each core bit.

Thanks to the integrated G1/2" internal thread, our SWK quick-change system can be optimally combined with our centring tips. A centring tip can be used with diamond core bits from a diameter of Ø 42 mm.
