PREMIUM MIX PKD (PCD) sanding pad with 10 segments, Ø 250 mm
The sanding pad can be fitted to all floor sanders with a working width of 250 mm. Thanks to its specific design, our sanding pad delivers excellent sanding performance and a long service life. The special material mix of the PKD/PCD Premium segments ensures uniform and highly effective removal of material from the surface being worked on.

The PREMIUM MIX PKD (PCD) grinding disc, with its polycrystalline diamond cutting edges, is specially designed for removing old epoxy resin coatings and uneven concrete floors. The PKD (PCD) MIX segments prevent the tool from penetrating too deeply into the surface being worked on, whilst ensuring a uniform grinding finish.

PKD (polycrystalline diamond) / PCD (polycrystalline diamond) MIX sanding discs are an innovative addition to floor sanders, specially developed for sanding old epoxy resin coatings and uneven concrete floors.
PKD/PCD grinding discs have a higher diamond content than conventional grinding discs and are therefore much more durable and resistant to wear. This makes them an ideal choice compared to conventional grinding discs, which would normally wear out more quickly. Thanks to their higher cutting performance, they are particularly effective at removing and grinding old and uneven concrete floors.
However, it is important to note that PKD/PCD MIX grinding discs are not suitable for all floor types. If the floor is soft or delicate, a PKD/PCD MIX grinding disc may be too aggressive and cause damage. In this case, it would be better to use other types of grinding discs.
