PREMIUM MIX sanding disc PCD (PCD) with 10 segments Ø 250 mm
The sanding disc can be mounted on all floor sanding machines with a working width of 250 mm. Thanks to its specific design, our sanding disc has very good sanding performance and a long service life. The special material mix of the PCD/PCD premium segments ensures that the surface to be processed is removed evenly and highly effectively.

With its polycrystalline diamond cutting edges, the PREMIUM MIX sanding disc PCD (PCD) is specially designed for removing old epoxy resin coatings and uneven concrete floors. The PCD (PCD) MIX segments prevent the tool from plunging too deeply into the surface to be worked on, while at the same time ensuring a homogeneous grinding pattern.

PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) / PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) MIX grinding discs are an innovative extension for floor grinders that have been specially developed for grinding old epoxy resin coatings and uneven concrete floors.
PCD/PCD sanding discs have a higher diamond content than conventional sanding discs and are therefore much more durable and resistant to wear. This makes them an ideal choice over conventional abrasive discs, which would normally wear out more quickly. Their higher cutting performance makes them particularly effective at removing and sanding old and uneven concrete floors.
However, it is important to note that PCD / PCD MIX discs are not suitable for all floor types. If the floor is soft or delicate, a PCD / PCD MIX disc may be too aggressive and cause damage. In this case, it would be better to use other types of sanding discs. You can find a large selection of different sanding discs in our shop.
