Description
VGP-420/PRO vacuum base plate
The VGP-420/PRO vacuum base plate enables core drilling stands to be securely fixed to walls or floors without the need to drill a mounting hole. This ensures that the mounting surface remains undamaged, which significantly reduces the amount of finishing work required once the core drilling is complete.
The vacuum base plate enables core drilling stands to be securely fixed to walls for a maximum drilling diameter of 102 mm and to floors for a maximum of 162 mm.
The VP-113/PRO vacuum pump (item no. 6256) from Kernlochbohrer generates the negative pressure of 0.7 bar required to secure the vacuum base plate.
The base area of the VGP-420/PRO vacuum base plate measures approx. 335 x 420 mm. This makes it large enough to ensure the secure and stable mounting of core drilling systems with a maximum total weight of 25 kg.
The main body of the vacuum base plate is made of cast aluminium, which is robust and durable. The vacuum base plate is fitted with two handles, a durable rubber seal, a connection nipple for the vacuum hose, a vent valve and a threaded rod with a nut for securing core drilling stands.
