ZA60/PRO Cyclone Separator

Equipment such as the ZA60/PRO cyclone separator from Kernlochbohrer reduces the amount of material reaching a vacuum cleaner. Thanks to the reduced dust intake, the vacuum cleaner can be operated at high power for longer. This minimises downtime caused by filter changes or cleaning, thereby increasing productivity. Naturally, the reduced strain on the vacuum cleaner’s filter also lowers the costs of operation.

Effective separation of coarse debris
The cyclone separator captures coarser dirt particles, preventing them from reaching the vacuum cleaner. This reduces your downtime for filter maintenance on the vacuum cleaner, thereby ensuring a longer service life.

Robust and durable construction
The ZA60/PRO cyclone separator, made from steel, can reliably handle tough conditions, such as the separation of rubble or sand. Compared to products made from plastic, it has a significantly longer service life.

High efficiency and flexibility
The large collection bin (60-litre capacity) can hold large quantities of dust and dirt before it needs emptying. Emptying is very straightforward: simply remove the top section from the collection bin by opening the quick-release fasteners.
Thanks to its 4 castors (2 of which have locking brakes), the cyclone separator can be positioned flexibly during the suction process.
