Cyclone separator ZA60/PRO
Devices such as the ZA60/PRO cyclone separator from Kernlochbohrer reduce the amount of material that reaches a hoover. Due to the lower dust input, the hoover can be operated at high performance for longer. This minimises downtime due to filter changes or cleaning, which increases productivity. The reduced filter load on the hoover naturally also reduces the costs of the application.
Effective separation of coarse dirt
The cyclone separator absorbs coarser dirt particles so that they do not reach the hoover. This reduces your downtimes for filter maintenance on the hoover and thus ensures a longer service life.
Robust and durable construction
Made of steel, the ZA60/PRO cyclone separator can safely handle tough requirements such as separating debris or sand. Compared to products made of plastic, it has a significantly longer service life.
High efficiency and flexibility
The large collection container (volume 60 litres) can collect large quantities of dust and dirt before it has to be emptied. Emptying is very easy once the upper section has been removed from the collection container by opening the quick-release clamps.
The cyclone separator can be flexibly positioned during the suction process thanks to its 4 castors (2 of which have locking brakes).
