Underfloor heating tiller

Our milling machine is ideal for retrofitting underfloor heating in existing buildings. You mill the channels directly into the existing screed or concrete floor without having to remove the entire surface. This saves time, reduces noise and avoids unnecessary dirt.

Perfect for renovating old buildings

With our underfloor heating milling machine, you can cut precise and clean slits in concrete or screed to retrofit underfloor heating. The machine has been specially developed for renovation and refurbishment work in old buildings and enables a quick, low-dust and economical solution without the need for time-consuming chiselling work.

Precise milling depth for optimum pipe laying

The machine enables a precisely adjustable milling depth for standard pipe dimensions. As a result, the heating pipes later lie precisely in the floor without protruding edges or uneven laying. This ensures even heat distribution and a high-quality finish.

In combination with a suitable industrial vacuum cleaner, you can work virtually dust-free. This is not only good for your health, but also makes it easier to work in inhabited buildings. The extraction device is optimally adapted to the tiller and minimises dust generation directly at the interface.

The underfloor heating tiller can be dismantled into three compact parts. This makes it easy to transport the device through narrow stairwells, narrow doors or into the boot of a car. The disassembled design not only facilitates transport, but also handling on the construction site, especially when working in old buildings or on upper floors without a lift.
