Description
PCD diamond sanding pad (PCD)
PCD or PCD grinding shoes are specialised grinding tools designed for the effective removal of epoxy resin coatings, paints, fillers and adhesive residues. They consist of polycrystalline diamond segments attached to a shoe. These segments offer extremely high hardness and wear resistance, making PCD/PCD grinding shoes extremely durable and efficient tools.

The diamond sanding pad with quick-change option (Redi Lock) has 2 PCD/PCD segments and a PREMIUM support segment and can be mounted on our BSM-250/E-PRO or BSM-250/Xtrem floor sanding machines as well as on HSC, Husqvarna etc. machines using an adapter plate (Art. 6248). Thanks to the specific design, our sanding shoes have a very good sanding performance and long service life. For optimum utilisation, you need at least 3 sanding shoes. To achieve a fast and professional result, we recommend the use of 6 sanding shoes.
However, it is important to select the appropriate diamond sanding pad for the floor type to achieve the best possible result. In our range you will find other sanding shoes for soft, medium-hard or hard concrete floors.
