The BSM-250/E-PRO floor sander from Kernlochbohrer is perfect for tackling uneven floor surfaces, such as removing filler, carpet adhesive, adhesive residues or old coatings. It is also ideal for refurbishing sealed surfaces and preparing hard floors such as concrete and asphalt.

Its powerful 2200-watt motor, 250 mm working width and the option of dryor wet operation make it an indispensable tool for numerous floor-preparation projects when it comes to removing stubborn surface layers or levelling uneven floors.

Powerful, durable motor (2200 watts): The high-torque motor enables fast and efficient work, even on demanding tasks, whilst minimising energy consumption.
250 mm working width: For rapid floor finishing and high area coverage on medium to large surfaces.
Optimal edge and corner finishing thanks to the swivelling sanding head and removable dust guard: The BSM-250/E-PRO’s sanding head can be swivelled 45° in both directions and the dust guard removed, allowing you to work effortlessly along edges and in corners – without the need for additional finishing steps.
Height-adjustable grinding head: The grinding head can be adjusted to match the exact height of the grinding discs being used. By adjusting via the wheel axle, the machine’s level can be set so that the entire system is horizontally balanced. This ensures consistent and precise floor finishing. The spirit level integrated into the sanding head allows the operator to check the correct alignment of the sanding head at any time, thereby ensuring optimum sanding results.
Ergonomic, height-adjustable guide arm with folding lock: The guide arm can be adjusted safely and ergonomically to suit the operator’s height. This ensures comfortable working even over extended periods. The folding lock also makes it easier to transport the machine.
Control box with emergency stop function: The control box allows the machine to be switched on and off easily and features an emergency stop flap for rapid shutdown in hazardous situations. The starter box is also strategically positioned on the guide arm to make it easily accessible whilst protecting it from mechanical damage.
Power supply directly to the starter box: There is no short mains cable on the machine that could get in the way during operation. The power supply is connected directly to the starter box, which makes handling on the building site much easier.
Efficient dust extraction: The dust extraction connection enables the efficient removal of dust and grinding debris from the work area during dry operation. If no vacuum cleaner is connected during dry operation, or if the machine is being used for wet operation, the connection can be sealed with the dust protection cap to protect the operator from dust or water.
Water connection for wet grinding: The integrated Gardena water connection enables wet grinding of floors, which is particularly advantageous on surfaces that generate a lot of dust, such as concrete or asphalt. The connection can be used with either one of our water tanks or a water hose.
