TS-2000/PRO Industrial Vacuum Cleaner
The TS-2000/PRO dry vacuum cleaner is a powerful and versatile cleaning appliance suitable for collecting dry, hazardous and non-flammable dust. With a maximum power output of 2400 W, a maximum airflow of 400 m³/h and a vacuum of up to 220 mbar, it provides a reliable cleaning solution for a variety of applications.
The TS-2000/PRO industrial vacuum cleaner features an advanced filter system: pre-filtration is carried out by a Class F8 fine dust filter in accordance with EN 779 (99.5% @ 1 µm). Two Class H13 HEPA filters in accordance with EN 1822 (99.99% @ 0.3 µm) are used as the main filters. The dry vacuum cleaner therefore meets the requirements of DIN EN 60335-2-69, Annex AA, for dust class H with a maximum penetration rate of less than 0.005 per cent.
During operation, the dust-laden air is drawn into the dry vacuum cleaner at high speed via the suction assembly. There, the air is slowed down by a cyclone, and coarse dust particles are separated by centrifugal force and gravity. The coarse dust particles collect on the conical pre-filter and, once the machine is switched off, fall downwards and through the bottom flap into a continuous bag. Air and finer dust particles pass through the main filter system, which filters the air to a high degree of purity.
The TS-2000/PRO dry vacuum cleaner is fitted with a continuous bag system, which enables the efficient and environmentally friendly disposal of the material that has been vacuumed up. The continuous bag system consists of a 22-metre-long plastic tube, which is fitted beneath the collection container and can be divided into individual bags. The dust particles trapped by the pre-filter fall into the dust bag once the machine is switched off and can thus be disposed of efficiently and in an environmentally friendly manner.
The floor cleaning kit included with the TS-2000/PRO dry vacuum cleaner enables a wide range of contaminants – such as dust, sand, fine dust or harmful sanding debris – to be removed from floors and surfaces without leaving any residue.
With its compact dimensions of 570 x 710 x 1270 mm and a weight of 48 kg, the TS-2000/PRO is easy to transport and simple to handle.
