DKB-502/S-PRO diamond core drilling machine
The DKB-502/S-PRO diamond core drilling machine is designed for tough everyday use in the wet drilling of core holes in concrete, stone and masonry. Using the core drill together with our core drill rig ensures safe and precise work results.
Powerful and effortless to use
The electric motor with a power output of 3500 watts ensures a very high torque and is suitable for all tasks up to a maximum drilling diameter of 502 mm. Despite its power, the diamond core drill is light and easy to handle with a weight of just 14.2 kg.
Versatile application options
- The diamond core drill has a 3-speed gearbox with oil bath lubrication and offers idle speeds of 250, 500 and 700 rpm.
- The machine's drill spindle has a 1¼" UNC external thread for holding the drill bit.
- The diamond core drilling machine is mounted on the core drill rig using the interface provided.
- The core drill is connected to the water supply on the machine side via a connection nipple (Gardena) with ball valve.
- This enables optimum adaptation to a wide range of tasks.
- Protective devices: Overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating protection and a carbon brush warning system as well as a slip clutch ensure the safety of the operator and a long service life of the appliance.
- Intelligent warning system: LED indicators and LCD display inform the operator about the current operating status and make it easier to monitor the appliance.
- Sturdy storage case: The plastic case included in the scope of delivery is used for practical and careful storage of the machine and the accessories supplied.

A water collection ring ensures reliable collection and drainage of water during wet core drilling. The connection of the water collection ring must be connected to a wet vacuum cleaner.
KBS-502/M-PRO core drill rig for core drilling equipment
The KBS-502/M-PRO core drill stand is a high-quality drill stand for professional users.
The core drill rig enables core drilling up to a diameter of 502 mm and offers a stroke of 650 mm.
The robust and durable design of the KBS-502/M-PRO core drill rig ensures precise and safe drilling work. With a weight of 19.5 kg and the attachable trolley, the core drill rig is easy to transport and offers a high degree of flexibility.
A fastening adapter is used to mount the core drill on the core drill rig, which holds the core drill securely in place.
The angle adjustment of the guide stand, the levelling screws on the base of the core drill rig and the integrated spirit levels enable precise alignment of the core drill rig for demanding drilling tasks.
The core drill rig must be fastened using a suitable fastening set (threaded cord rod and fixed cord nut). This is not included in the scope of delivery, but can be purchased in our shop under "Accessories - Core drill rig".

Wet core drilling offers several significant advantages over dry core drilling:
- Reduced dust generation: wet core drilling uses water to cool the drilling area and bind the dust generated. This results in a healthier working environment and less cleaning effort.
- Effective cooling: The cooling effect of the water prevents the drill bit from overheating, which increases its service life. The constant cooling enables faster and more efficient drilling, as no breaks are required for cooling. Cooling also reduces the risk of material damage caused by overheating in the material around the hole.
- Higher drilling quality: Wet drilling produces more precise and smoother holes, which are required for applications with high accuracy requirements.
- Longer bit life: Water cooling results in less abrasion and longer tool life, which saves costs.
- Reduced noise: The wet process is generally quieter than the dry process. The water dampens the vibrations and reduces the noise generated during the drilling process.
- Faster drilling progress: Due to the lower friction and constant cooling, drilling can be carried out at a higher feed pressure and higher speed with the wet method. This means that wet drilling can generally be completed faster than dry drilling.
- Better suited to hard materials: Wet core drilling is particularly suitable for harder materials such as concrete, granite or reinforced concrete, as the cooling and reduced wear make drilling into these solid materials more effective.
- Versatility in application: The wet method can be used for both vertical and horizontal drilling and is suitable for various materials (concrete, stone, brick).
