Our HSS core drills are the result of years of experience in the field of tool technology. They are characterised by their high quality and durability. We achieve this property by using cobalt-alloyed high-speed steel, which has a higher heat resistance.
The range includes 6 core drills with diameters of 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm and 22 mm as well as an ejector pin, which are stored in a plastic case. These core drills are made of high-quality material and offer a long service life and high performance. The ejector pin is used in the initial phase to centre the tool in the correct position and improve accuracy when drilling holes. This set is ideal for users who regularly carry out core drilling in different sizes and it includes a wide selection of core drills in different diameters and an ejector pin for easy handling. The plastic case allows the tools to be stored safely and tidily and makes them easy to transport.
These core drills are ideal for drilling difficult-to-machine materials and are suitable for the highest demands. They can be used for machining unalloyed and alloyed steels (up to 1200 N/mm²), hot and cold work steels and tempered steels. Our core drills have a Weldon shank (19 mm) and are CBN-ground. The working length is 30 mm.
