Description
PKD (PCD) diamond grinding pad
PKD or PCD grinding shoes are specialised grinding tools designed for the effective removal of epoxy resin coatings, paint finishes, fillers and adhesive residues. They consist of polycrystalline diamond segments mounted on a backing plate. These segments offer extremely high hardness and wear resistance, making PKD/PCD grinding shoes exceptionally durable and efficient tools.

The diamond grinding shoe with quick-change mechanism (Redi Lock) features 2 PKD/PCD segments as well as a PREMIUM support segment and can be fitted to our BSM-250/E-PRO or BSM-250/Xtrem floor grinders, as well as to HSC, Husqvarna, etc., using an adapter plate (item no. 6248). Thanks to their specific design, our grinding shoes deliver excellent grinding performance and a long service life. For optimum results, you will need at least 3 grinding shoes. To achieve a quick and professional result, we recommend using six grinding shoes.
However, it is important to select the appropriate diamond grinding pad for the type of floor in order to achieve the best possible result. Our range also includes further grinding pads for soft, medium-hard or hard concrete floors.
