Premium diamond cutting disc Ø 300 mm for concrete
The premium diamond cutting disc is a high-quality tool that has been developed for use when cutting concrete. With a diameter of 300 mm and a segment height of 10 mm, this cutting disc is particularly powerful. It has 20 straight deep drop segments that ensure an even cut. The segments are laser-welded, which contributes to a very long service life and durability.
The saw blade has a size of 300 mm x 3.0/2.0 x 10 mm x 25.4 mm and is equipped with a 12 mm pin hole. The high-performance diamond cutting disc is equipped with premium diamond segments and has a longer service life compared to conventional diamond cutting discs. It is ideal for use when cutting various building materials such as concrete, reinforced concrete, exposed aggregate concrete, masonry, brick, hard and medium-hard clinker, granite, ceramics, interlocking pavers and general building materials.
The use of premium diamond segments enables this blade to cut even hard and abrasive materials without compromising the performance or sharpness of the blade.
It should be noted that correct use and maintenance of the blade is required to maximise performance and service life. It is recommended to work at appropriate speeds depending on the type of material and tool.
