This is an advertising and remarketing service. Using remarketing, the user can display interest-based advertisements to users of the website on other websites within the Google Display Network (e.g. in Google Search or on YouTube). To do this, the user's interactions are analysed, e.g. about the products and services in which a user is interested. This allows the user to be shown targeted advertising on other websites even after visiting the website.
