Payment methods

If you select credit card as your payment option, the purchase amount will be debited directly from your credit card (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire, etc.) during the order process. Your credit card account will be debited immediately after you place your order. 

You will receive an invoice for your records by e-mail as soon as your order has been received. Your order will then be sent to the shipping service provider without delay. 

Your credit card details are transmitted securely via TLS (Transport Layer Security), the more modern standard of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). If you make a return, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account.

You transfer the invoice amount in advance. For this you will receive an additional discount of 2% on the total amount of the order. With the payment in advance method, you make an advance payment. As soon as we have received the money, the goods will be sent to you, depending on the delivery time stated in the shop. You will receive our bank details together with the order confirmation.

Giropay is a widely used online payment method in Germany that works on the basis of online banking transfers. Over 1,500 banks in Germany support giropay. Transactions with giropay are processed in real time and offer a 100% security guarantee.

To use giropay as a payment method, proceed as follows:

1. Select your bank from the list of supporting banks.
2. Log in to your online banking account, as giropay requires an online banking connection.
3. Check the automatically entered payment data in the online banking area for giropay.
4. Confirm the payment if all the details are correct.
5. After confirming the payment, you will receive a transaction confirmation.
6. We will then immediately forward your order to the shipping service provider.

When using iDEAL, a specific Dutch payment method, the payment amount is transferred directly and immediately from your bank account during the ordering process, similar to an instant bank transfer. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you the invoice by e-mail, which you can use for your records. Your goods will then be forwarded immediately to the relevant shipping company. Supported banks are ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

When selecting iDEAL in the Netherlands, the process is as follows:

1. In the checkout, you select iDEAL as the payment method and enter your house bank.
2. You will be redirected to your bank's online banking environment, which ensures the security of the transaction.
3. Log in securely with your bank details.
4. The payment details, including the total amount and other information, are already pre-entered. All you have to do is confirm the payment.
5. After confirming the payment, you will be returned to our online store.
6. You will immediately receive confirmation of the successful payment and we will start processing your order without delay, as the payment is secure.

Billie is a payment method designed specifically for merchants and business buyers, offering a fast, secure option to pay for purchases within 30 days.

This is how the Billie payment system works:

1. Select "Billie: Buy now, pay later" as your payment option at checkout.
2. Enter all the necessary information. At the same time, a fast, real-time approval process takes place.
3. After completing your order, a pop-up window will appear confirming the transaction.
4. Once we have arranged for your order to be dispatched, we will send you a regular invoice. This invoice includes a payment term of 30 days, with payment to be made by bank transfer.

Billie is primarily intended as a payment option for business transactions and offers commercial buyers additional flexibility with their purchases.

eps, the "Electronic Payment Standard", is a secure online payment system developed by Austrian banks. It allows you to make online purchases easily and securely via your online banking. In Austria, the eps transfer is a very popular payment method for online transactions.

To pay with an eps transfer, you need an online banking account with one of the participating banks. In the payment process, select your bank and log in to your online banking. There you check the preset payment information and authorize the payment via eps to make your purchase.

ApplePay offers users of iOS devices a quick and easy way to make mobile payments to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Once your debit or credit card is stored in the Wallet app, you can use ApplePay as a payment method in those online stores that support this option.

To pay with Apple Pay, select ApplePay as your preferred payment method during the checkout process. In the final step of the purchase, press the ApplePay button to confirm your purchase. You will then be prompted to either enter your passcode or use Face ID to confirm the payment without having to re-enter your card details. Once the payment has been successfully confirmed, the order confirmation page will be displayed.
