250 mm Diamond polishing pads for stone floors
A diamond polishing pad is the soft disc used for the final step: cleaning, polishing or waxing marble, natural stone and terrazzo with a floor grinder. Our diamond polishing pads measure 250 mm, have a Velcro backing and run at 800 to 1500 rpm on the Velcro pad holder.
Cleaning, polishing and waxing with a floor grinder
The Diamond polishing pad for cleaning and polishing removes dirt and haze from the stone and restores the shine that is still missing after fine-sanding with the diamond pads. The diamond polishing pad for wax distributes and polishes stone wax; the layer protects and seals the floor. Both are used with minimal pressure; the machine works using its own weight, applying wax in small sections before it dries.
Velcro pad holder and accessories
The pads attach to the 250 mm Velcro pad holder, which is secured to the BSM-250/Xtrem with four screws; the machine’s speed can be continuously adjusted to suit the polishing area. Before polishing, use diamond sanding pads up to grit 800 or 1500.
