Accessories for core drill stands: wall plugs, threaded rods, setting irons
A core drill stand is only as good as its fixings. Here you’ll find everything needed to secure the stand to the floor and connect it to the machine: concrete wall plugs and setting plates, threaded rods with cord and kordel-fix nuts, the aluminium mounting plate, plus clamping brackets, mounting adaptors and carriage locks as spare parts.
Fitting M12 and M14 concrete wall plugs correctly
To fix the anchors, drill a 15 mm hole using the SDS-Plus concrete drill bit, then drive the galvanised M12 x 45 or M14 x 55 mm concrete anchor into the hole using the setting tool until it sits flush, then screw in the threaded rod and tighten the upright with the nut. The setting die has a rubber rim to protect your hands from hammer blows. The anchors come in packs of 20, for concrete and reinforced concrete. Through bolts M10 and M12 in stainless steel are available as an alternative.

The rod with concrete thread screws directly into the borehole, without dowels, and is unscrewed again after drilling. The Kordel-Fix nut is tightened by hand.
