Mounting adapter set: large core drill without clamping collar securely mounted in the stand
This set is ideal for mounting a large core drill without a clamping collar onto the Core drill stand: aluminium adapter, 60 mm deep spacer, 4 M8 bolts, 10 mm key. The key ensures the drill axis remains free of play, even with large core bits. Compatible with our DKB352/PRO and DKB502/PRO models in our KBS352/PRO, KBS352/XL-PRO and KBS502/PRO stands.

Mounting adapter set for core drilling machines on core drill stands, 4x M8, hole spacing 79 x 41 mm
This set is ideal for securely guiding a large core drilling rig without a 60 mm clamping collar in the stand, either as a replacement or for a second stand: The aluminium adapter is screwed onto the drill using 4 M8 bolts and a 10 mm key, and then inserted into the stand carriage.
Thread and mounting
The key aligns the machine within the adapter, whilst the four screws secure it in place, ensuring the drilling axis remains play-free even with large core bits. In addition to our own machines, any core drill with the same interface on the housing will fit.

Compatible machines and core drill stands
This set combines our large core drilling machines with our heavy-duty stands:
- Our DKB352/PRO and DKB502/PRO core drilling units: For through-holes larger than 202 mm, which are drilled solely in the stand.
- Our KBS352/PRO and KBS352/XL-PRO core drill stands: The set is already included in the scope of delivery for these models, or can be purchased separately as a replacement or for a second unit. The DKB502/pro drills in these stands up to the stand’s maximum drilling diameter, Ø 402 or 352 mm.
- Our KBS502/PRO core drill stand: For holes up to Ø 502 mm.
