Core drill stand for core drilling machines with a 60 mm clamping collar
A core drill stand guides the core drilling rig on a column fitted with a drilling carriage; feed is controlled via a lever. This ensures that the hole is drilled at right angles or at a preset angle; the rig no longer needs to be held in place, and diameters exceeding 162 mm become possible for the first time. Our stands accommodate hand-held core drilling machines via the clamp holder for a 60 mm clamping collar, whilst larger stand-mounted machines are fitted using a mounting adapter supplied with the stand.
Anchor, vacuum and telescopic stands
The method of fixing to the substrate determines the type of stand required. The dowel stand is anchored to the floor or wall using Through bolts and a threaded rod, and is the standard solution for concrete. The vacuum stand has a base plate with a seal; a vacuum pump secures it to a smooth, solid surface, and drilling can commence from 0.7 bar; vacuum use is prohibited on ceilings. The telescopic stand spans between the floor and the ceiling and requires neither wall plugs nor a pump. It is the ceiling-mounted drilling stand for wet drilling upwards, featuring a Water collection ring on the column and swivel castors for moving to the next drilling point.

The stroke is the maximum drilling depth without repositioning. If this is insufficient, extend the drill bit. All stands except the light model drill at an angle of up to 45 degrees; the angle is adjusted on the column and checked using spirit levels.
Mounting and accessories for core drill stands
The dowel stand comes with through bolts and a threaded rod with nut; the vacuum stand comes with a vacuum pump.
