Diamond cutting discs for concrete, asphalt, stone and porcelain stoneware
A diamond cutting disc cuts using diamond grains set in a metal bond around the edge; it has no teeth. The bond wears down and releases new diamonds, so the disc remains sharp as long as the bond is suitable for the material: hard for soft, abrasive materials such as asphalt; soft for hard concrete and granite. Our diamond cutting discs range from 105 mm for angle grinders to 500 mm for floor saws.
Cutting disc for concrete and reinforced concrete
For concrete, the disc features laser-welded segments that can withstand heat and reinforcement. Our Arix diamond cutting disc is available in 230, 300 and 350 mm for angle grinders and cut-off grinders, with strategically arranged diamonds for high cutting speeds, wet or dry with dust extraction. The 300 mm premium diamond cutting disc for concrete and reinforced concrete has a 25.4 mm bore with a pin hole for machines with a drive pin. For floor saws, there is the 500 mm version for concrete and the 500 mm version for asphalt, both for wet cutting, with a cutting depth of up to 190 mm, as well as the premium 350 mm disc for asphalt.

Tiles, porcelain stoneware, ceramic and granite require a closed or turbo rim to prevent the edge from chipping. Our X-Turbo diamond cutting disc, available in 105 and 115 mm with a 20 or 22.23 mm bore, features sintered X-Turbo segments for chipping-free edges, for wet or dry use with extraction on an angle grinder.
