The Premium diamond cutting disc is ideal for cutting concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, clinker and paving: 20 laser-welded deep-drop segments, 10 mm high, for wet and dry use.
- Ø 300 mm with a 12 mm arbor hole: for machines with a 25.4 mm chuck and drive pin.
- Laser-welded: segments hold firm even in reinforced concrete.
- Wet or dry: wet cutting for longer service life, dry cutting with dust extraction.

Premium diamond cutting disc, Ø 300 mm, for concrete and reinforced concrete, wet and dry cutting, 25.4 mm bore
The Premium diamond cutting disc is ideal for cutting concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry and paving using an angle grinder, with a disc that retains its sharpness even in reinforced concrete: Ø 300 mm, 20 laser-welded deep-drop segments with a segment height of 10 mm, manufactured in accordance with EN 13236. For asphalt and screed, we offer our Premium Diamond Cutting Disc Ø 350 mm for asphalt with its own bond.
Segments and construction
20 straight Deep-Drop segments, each 10 mm high, are laser-welded onto the 2.0 mm thick base blade. The weld seam holds the segments firmly to the blade even under the load of reinforcing steel, which ensures a long service life compared to standard discs. At 3.0 mm, the segments are wider than the base blade, allowing the disc to run freely in the cut without jamming. The 25.4 mm bore, with a 12 mm pin hole for the drive pin, is the standard mounting for cut-off grinders and Floor saws.

Materials, wet and dry cutting
The premium segments cut hard and abrasive building materials without the disc losing its sharpness: concrete and reinforced concrete, masonry made of bricks and hard or medium-hard clinker bricks, natural stone such as granite, ceramics, exposed aggregate concrete and interlocking paving. Cutting can be carried out wet or dry. Wet cutting extends the service life and binds the dust; dry cutting is used where water cannot be used, in which case a dust extraction system must be employed.

Compatible machines
The blade fits on cut-off grinders and floor saws with a 25.4 mm mounting and drive pin, which are designed for 300 mm blades. It is not intended for our SuperCut 500X floor saw, which uses 500 mm discs.
