Water collection rings for hand-held wet drilling

A water collection ring is attached to the wall or ceiling around the drilling site using negative pressure and collects the drilling water and slurry before it runs down the wall. The wet vacuum keeps the ring in place against the surface whilst simultaneously extracting the water. This keeps the wet drilling site clean in residential properties, offices and on building façades.

The WSA rings are made of plastic and seal against the wall using a drilling seal, which is available for purchase separately as a wear part for the WSA-102 and WSA-152. They also function in dry conditions as a dust extraction system for drilling dust. The water collection elbow is the counterpart for large diameters in the core drilling rig.

Connection to the wet/dry vacuum cleaner

The ring is fitted onto the wet vacuum cleaner’s hose, held against the wall, the vacuum cleaner switched on, and the negative pressure then secures the ring in place. The drill bit passes through the opening; water flows from the water pressure tank and is extracted by the vacuum cleaner. Our industrial vacuum cleaners are dry vacuum cleaners; a wet and dry vacuum cleaner is required for the water collection ring.

That’s why you should choose water collection rings from Kernlochbohrer.com

The rings are compatible with the drilling diameters of our hand-held tools; the seals are available individually. Over 5,000 professionals trust us, and we are Trusted Shops certified. We’ll tell you which ring fits your drill bit over the phone, by email or via WhatsApp.
