WSB 300 mm water collection bend for large wet drilling operations on walls
The plastic elbow adheres to the wall via the vacuum created by the wet vacuum and drains away the cooling water. It is ideal for large wet drilling operations and requires no installation. Suitable for use with our stand-mounted core drilling machines.

WSB water collection manifold for large wet wall drilling, 300 to 1500 mm
The WSB water collection elbow is ideal for core drilling operations that involve wet drilling through walls with large-diameter bits and require the cooling water to be collected directly at the drilling site before it runs down the wall: a plastic elbow available in four sizes from 300 to 1500 mm, which adheres to the wall solely through the negative pressure created by the wet vacuum and discharges the water via the Ø 40 mm connection. For core bits up to Ø 152 mm, we offer our compact WSA152 water and dust extraction unit.
This is how the cooling water is collected
The elbow is placed against the wall at the drilling point and the wet vacuum’s hose is connected. As soon as the vacuum is running, the elbow adheres to the wall due to the negative pressure; it requires no wall plugs or screws. This saves installation time with every drill hole and keeps the user, the machine and the building site clean. After use, it is removed and cleaned.

Select size
The size refers to the drilling diameter for which the elbow is suitable, not to the external dimensions of the elbow. The WSB 300 covers drill holes up to 300 mm; the WSB 500 is suitable for use with our stand-mounted units up to Ø 402 mm, whilst the WSB 1000 is suitable for core bits up to Ø 502 mm. The WSB 1500 is designed for even larger drill holes.
Compatible with these core drilling machines
- DKB352/PRO: Wet drilling in a stand up to Ø 402 mm.
- SID352/PRO: In a stand up to Ø 352 mm, wet drilling without soft hammer action.
- DKB502/PRO: Wet drilling on a stand up to Ø 502 mm.
The flange fits core drilling machines with and without a stand; all machines are listed under our core drilling machines.
What else is required
The WSB requires a wet vacuum with a hose for the 40 mm connection. Our industrial vacuum cleaners are designed for dry dust and do not collect drilling fluid.
Scope of delivery
The WSB water collection elbow is supplied in the selected size. The wet vacuum is not included.
