Spare parts for our core drilling machines
A core drilling rig has few parts that wear out during operation: carbon brushes that supply the motor, shaft seals that keep water out of the gearbox, and the adaptors on the spindle. We stock all of these individually, sorted by model, for every machine we have ever sold – including models that are no longer in our range.
Carbon brushes, shaft seals, switches
Carbon brushes come in pairs. As they wear out, the motor loses power, produces more sparks or stops altogether; many machines switch off before this happens. Shaft seals are available as a set; they are replaced if water leaks from the gearbox or oil accumulates on the spindle. Also included are the quick-release ring to prevent crowns from seizing, the Dust extraction attachment and water supply for the 202 series, and the copper rings for the 1 1/4" UNC spindle.
