An industrial vacuum cleaner in dust class H is only as good as its filter. Here you’ll find pre-filters, HEPA filters and bags for our TS1000/PRO, TS2000/PRO and TS-38/HEPA vacuum cleaners, as well as the Cyclone separator, which captures coarse dust before it enters the vacuum cleaner.

The cone filter is the pre-filter, which captures coarse dust and is cleaned using a lever. The H13 HEPA filter retains 99.99 per cent of particles at 0.3 µm and is the reason for the dust class H rating. The continuous bag is tied off and disposed of without any dust escaping. The ZA60/PRO cyclone separator with a 60-litre steel container is fitted upstream of the TS1000/PRO or TS2000/PRO and captures 95 per cent of coarse dust, keeping the filter clear for longer.
When to change the filter and bag
The bag should be replaced when it is full; on the TS-38, the filter indicator shows when it needs changing. The pre-filter is cleaned, not replaced; a new one is fitted only when cleaning no longer restores the suction power. The HEPA filter lasts a long time if the pre-filter is cleaned regularly; for dust class H, it is replaced as soon as the suction power decreases permanently or the filter is damaged – it must never be washed or shaken out.
