ZA60/PRO cyclone separator: 60-litre steel container as a pre-separator
The ZA60/PRO is ideal for separating sand, rubble and coarse dust before they reach the vacuum cleaner’s filter: 60-litre steel container, 16 kg on four castors, no built-in motor, 95 per cent separation efficiency. The vacuum cleaner’s filter stays clear for longer, and cleaning breaks are needed less often.
- Cyclone principle: centrifugal force and gravity separate out coarse particles; only air and finer particles reach the vacuum cleaner.
- Inlet Ø 70 mm, outlet Ø 50 mm: fitted between the suction assembly and the vacuum cleaner.
- Quick-release fasteners and locking brakes: remove the upper section, tip out the container.
- Includes connection fittings: reducer Ø 70/50 mm, 1 m hose, sleeves, carrying handles.

ZA60/PRO cyclone separator, pre-separator with a 60-litre steel hopper
The ZA60/PRO is our cyclone separator without its own motor: 60-litre steel container, inlet Ø 70 mm, outlet Ø 50 mm, 16 kg on four castors, for dry, non-flammable dust.
It is connected upstream of our TS1000/PRO or TS2000/PRO industrial vacuum cleaners: the vacuum cleaner provides the airflow, whilst the separator keeps coarse material away from its filters.
Use with the vacuum cleaner
The ZA60/PRO separates dry, non-combustible dust and requires a vacuum cleaner with sufficient suction power to do so. The steel hopper is designed for rubble and sand and lasts longer than a plastic one. As long as the vacuum cleaner is running, the separated dust remains in the cyclone; once switched off, it falls to the bottom of the hopper.
From our range, the TS1000/PRO industrial vacuum cleaner and the TS2000/PRO industrial vacuum cleaner are suitable. The vacuum cleaner’s dust class H is maintained when used with the upstream separator. The 70 mm suction hose connection on the TS2000/PRO is connected to the separator’s 50 mm connecting hose using the supplied reducer. Assembly and connection
After unpacking, fit the outlet angle flange and carrying handles. The separator’s outlet is connected to the vacuum cleaner’s inlet using the short connecting hose, whilst the 50 mm diameter suction assembly is connected to the separator’s 70 mm inlet via the supplied 70/50 reducer. To empty the unit, open the three quick-release fasteners, remove the upper section and tip out the container. Two of the four castors have a locking brake to secure the separator whilst working and emptying.
