TS2000/PRO industrial vacuum cleaner, dust class H for large volumes of dust

The TS2000/PRO is our Dust Class H industrial vacuum cleaner with two motors: 2400 watts, 400 m³/h airflow, 220 mbar vacuum pressure, an F8 pre-filter and two H13 HEPA main filters, endless bag system, for dry, non-flammable and hazardous dust.

For smaller quantities of dust, we offer our TS1000/PRO with a single motor; for mobile use directly with power tools, our compact TS38/HEPA.

Application and dust class

The TS2000/PRO collects dry, non-flammable dust, including health-hazardous dust such as concrete, quartz and grinding dust. Dust class H in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69 means: a maximum penetration rate of less than 0.005 per cent, making it approved for carcinogenic and mineral dusts. It connects to grinders and drills and, when used with the floor cleaning kit, removes sand, dust and grinding debris from the floor. The suction hose connection on the container is 70 mm; the supplied reducer fits onto the 50 mm hose.

Suction capacity and filter

Two suction motors with a combined power of 2400 watts generate an air flow of 400 m³/h at a negative pressure of 220 mbar – double the air volume of the TS1000/PRO – for long hose runs and high dust volumes. The dust-laden air is slowed down in the cyclone; coarse particles settle on the conical pre-filter, whilst fine particles pass through the two main HEPA filters, one for each motor. With 3 m² of pre-filter surface area and 2.4 m² of main filter surface area, the TS2000/PRO has almost twice as much filter surface area as its smaller counterpart and therefore takes longer to become clogged.

Additional functions

• Two motors, switchable individually: Each motor has its own on/off switch. Run one for small jobs, or both for full suction power.
• Pre-filter cleaning via lever: The vacuum gauge indicates when the pre-filter is blocked. From 150 mbar, the filter cleaning lever triggers a reverse airflow pulse, clearing the filter without the need for removal.
• Endless bag system: A 22-metre-long plastic tube beneath the container is divided into individual bags. The dust falls into them; the bag is tied off and disposed of without any dust escaping.
• Cyclone pre-separation: Coarse dust is separated before it reaches the filter, which extends the service life of the HEPA filters.
• Floor cleaning kit: A suction tube and floor brush are included; the vacuum can also be used as a floor cleaner without being connected to a machine.

Emptying and transport

To empty the vacuum cleaner, the filled section of the bag beneath the container is tied off with two cable ties and cut through in the middle; the next section is immediately ready for use. The chassis, fitted with two swivel castors with locking brakes and two fixed castors, rolls the 48 kg vacuum cleaner across the building site; to negotiate steps, it is lifted by the push handle and the trolley. The 8-metre cable and the 7.5-metre hose provide sufficient reach to manoeuvre around large machines.

Compatible filters, bags and Cyclone separators

For continuous use, you should keep our replacement filters and bags in stock; if there is a lot of coarse material, the pre-separator is recommended:

• Cone-shaped filter for TS2000/PRO: The pre-filter; this should be replaced if suction power does not return despite cleaning.
• H13 filter: The main HEPA filter; two are required per replacement. It cannot be cleaned; when replacing it, the pre-filter is also replaced at the same time.
• Continuous bag: 22-metre roll, replacement for the bagged system.
• ZA60/PRO Cyclone separator: Fitted upstream of the vacuum cleaner, it collects sand, debris and coarse dust in a 60-litre capacity before they reach the pre-filter.
