The PREMIUM diamond grinding shoe is ideal for rough grinding of soft concrete floors using a floor grinder: grit size 30, two premium block segments 16 mm high, for wet and dry use.

PREMIUM diamond grinding pad for soft floors, grit size 30, concrete up to C30
The PREMIUM diamond grinding shoe for soft floors is ideal for surface grinding soft concrete floors on a floor grinder, with a tool that can be changed in seconds: Grit size 30, designed for concrete up to C30, featuring two Premium segments with a high diamond concentration. The pad is secured to the adapter plate via the Redi-Lock quick-change system and can be used in both wet and dry conditions.
Segments and construction
Two large block segments, each 16 mm high, carry out the grinding action. The high diamond concentration delivers strong grinding performance on concrete and a long service life; the finish remains even and fine, without scratches that would need to be removed in the next grinding stage. As each shoe is mounted individually in the quick-change system, you can replace worn shoes or switch to a different hardness without having to unscrew the entire plate.

Materials
The choice of pad depends on the hardness of the concrete, i.e. its compressive strength class: concrete up to C50/60 is considered hard, C40 medium-hard and C30 soft. This pad is designed for the soft class. For medium-hard concrete up to C40, use our Diamond grinding shoe for medium-hard floors; for hard concrete up to C50, use our Diamond grinding shoe for hard floors. If you also need to remove paint, varnish or sealant, our Diamond grinding shoe with 16 grit is the coarser option.

Compatible machines
The pad is part of the quick-change system on the grinding head. At least three pads of the same type are required for use; six are recommended for efficient working. You will also need our adapter plate and one of our Floor grinders:
- Adapter plate Ø 250 mm: Attached to the grinding head with four countersunk screws and holds the shoes in place. Fitting and removal can be done with a quick tap of a hammer, without screws.
- BSM250/E-PRO: 2200 watts, fixed speed – the straightforward machine for removal and smoothing.
- BSM250/Xtrem: 2500-watt brushless motor, continuously variable speed from 400 to 2000 rpm, from coarse sanding to polishing.
