Adapter holder, Ø 100 mm, with Redi-Lock and Velcro for diamond grinding pads
The adapter holder secures a 100 mm diameter diamond grinding pad using Velcro and is secured to the adapter plate via Redi-Lock. It is ideal for quickly switching between grinding and polishing, with three holders per machine. Compatible with our BSM250/E-PRO and BSM250/Xtrem models.

Adapter holder, Ø 100 mm, with Redi-Lock and Velcro for diamond sanding pads
The adapter holder is ideal for switching between sanding and polishing on the floor grinder without having to loosen screws every time: Ø 100 mm, Redi-Lock quick-change system for the adapter plate, Velcro surface for the diamond sanding pad. Three holders on the adapter plate accommodate three pads; switching from one grit size to the next takes seconds.
Assembly and attachment
The holder fits into the adapter plate via the Redi-Lock system and can be attached and removed with a quick tap of a hammer; no screws are required. On the top, the Velcro system holds the diamond grinding pad in place; it can be removed and replaced with the next grit size without having to detach the holder. As all three holders are at the same height, the pads wear down evenly.

Compatible pads and machines
The holder is part of the system that operates on our floor grinders. The complete set requires:
- Adapter plate Ø 250 mm: Holds three adapter holders and sits on the sanding head of the BSM250.
- 3 adapter holders: One for each mounting point on the adapter plate, i.e. three per machine. The packaging unit contains one piece.
- Diamond sanding pads Ø 100 mm: With Velcro backing, in grit sizes ranging from coarse sanding to polishing.
Via the adapter plate, the system fits our BSM250/E-PRO and BSM250/Xtrem floor grinders, and via the Redi-Lock format, it fits third-party machines with the same mounting.
