The diamond grinding disc is ideal for coarse grinding of hard floors requiring high material removal: Ø 250 mm, 20 premium segments in grit size 16, for wet and dry use.
- Concrete up to C50, hard screed, natural stone: paints, varnishes and sealants are removed at the same time.
- Precisely segmented: even grinding, smooth running, robust bonding for continuous use.

The diamond grinding disc with grit size 16 is ideal for surface grinding of hard floors with high material removal rates and for removing thin coatings in a single pass: Ø 250 mm with 20 premium segments in grit size 16, the coarsest of our diamond grinding discs. It can be used on concrete up to C50, hard screed and natural stone, as well as paints, varnishes and sealants, both wet and dry.
Segments and construction
The 20 premium segments are arranged in a precisely segmented pattern, ensuring an even finish and smooth, low-vibration operation of the machine. The robust diamond bond ensures a long service life even during continuous use on hard surfaces. A speed of 1,400 rpm is recommended as a guideline; 1,000 rpm is still acceptable.

Materials
The coarse grit makes the sanding action particularly aggressive, ideal for rough sanding and surface sanding with a high removal rate. Determine the hardness of the floor before sanding: concrete is considered hard up to compressive strength class C50/60, medium-hard at C40, and soft at C30. Our discs are designed for hard concrete with a soft bond and for soft concrete with a hard bond. Grit size 30 offers a finer finish without a coating: our grinding disc for hard floors up to C50, the one for medium-hard floors up to C40, and the one for soft floors up to C30.

Compatible machines
The pad is centred on the sanding head via its 19 mm mounting hole and secured with the four M12 x 25 countersunk screws supplied with our floor grinders, tightened to 70 Nm. It does not require an adapter holder.
- BSM250/E-PRO: 2200 watts, fixed speed – the straightforward machine for removal and levelling.
- BSM250/Xtrem: 2500-watt brushless motor, continuously variable speed from 400 to 2000 rpm, allowing the target speed to be set directly.
- Adapter plate Ø 250 mm: Screwed on in place of the disc, it holds diamond grinding shoes and pads via a quick-change system, which is useful when changing grit sizes frequently.
