Velcro pad holder, Ø 250 mm: Change sanding and Diamond polishing pads without tools
The Velcro pad holder is ideal for tool-free pad changes on the Floor grinder: pads with a diameter of 250 mm are secured using Velcro. It is attached to the sanding head with four countersunk screws. Fits our BSM250/Xtrem, on which it is fitted as standard, or individually as a replacement.

Velcro pad holder, Ø 250 mm, for sanding and Diamond polishing pads
The hook-and-loop pad holder is ideal for switching between wood sanding, stone polishing and waxing on the Floor grinder: Ø 250 mm, hook-and-loop surface for pads of the same diameter; pads can be changed without tools. The holder is fitted as standard on our BSM250/Xtrem; sold separately as a replacement part.
Assembly and mounting
Like any sanding tool, the holder is screwed onto the sanding head using four M12 x 25 countersunk screws and tightened to 70 Nm. The pad is held securely in place on the underside by the hook-and-loop fastening and can be removed and replaced with the next one without loosening the holder.

Compatible pads and machines
Our pads with a diameter of 250 mm fit onto the holder, depending on the floor type:
- Diamond polishing pad for cleaning and polishing: For marble, stone and terrazzo floors, at 800 to 1500 rpm.
- Diamond polishing pad for wax: For waxing marble, stone and terrazzo floors, at 800 to 1,500 rpm.
- Sanding pads for wooden floors: Available in 18 grit sizes from 24 to 2000, at 600 rpm.
The holder is designed for our BSM250/Xtrem, whose speed can be continuously adjusted from 400 to 2,000 rpm to suit any of these pads. The screws are supplied with the machine. All pads can be found under our ‘Sanding and Diamond polishing pads’ section.
