M10 and M12 stainless steel through bolts
A through bolt is a bolt anchor: it is inserted through the structural element into the drill hole; when the nut is tightened, the cone retracts into the expansion sleeve and locks into the concrete. Our M10 and M12 through bolts are made from V2A stainless steel, are 100 mm long, and are rust-free even when used outdoors or in damp environments; they are available individually, in packs of 50 and in packs of 300.
Securing a core drilling rig in concrete
For core drilling rigs, the anchor is the alternative to concrete wall plugs if the rig is to remain in one place for a longer period or if drilling is carried out outdoors: drill the hole, insert the anchor through the base plate, tighten the nut – to 50 Nm for the M10. After drilling, the anchor remains in the floor; the head is cut off with an angle grinder or the anchor is countersunk into the hole. For changing positions, concrete wall plugs with a threaded rod are the quicker solution.
Individually or in a box
Individually for a single hole, 50 pieces for a building site, 300 pieces for a business that anchors brackets, railings and machinery in concrete. The drill hole must match the anchor’s diameter – M10 is 10 mm, M12 is 12 mm – and the depth must be to the setting mark; the concrete must be intact and load-bearing.
