TS1000/PRO industrial vacuum cleaner, dust class H for construction and core drilling

The TS1000/PRO is our industrial vacuum cleaner in dust class H: 1200 watts, 200 m³/h airflow, 220 mbar vacuum pressure, F8 pre-filter and H13 HEPA main filter, continuous bag system, for dry, non-flammable and hazardous dust.

For larger volumes of dust, we offer our more powerful TS2000/PRO; for mobile use directly with power tools, our compact TS38/HEPA.

Application and dust class

The TS1000/PRO collects dry, non-combustible dust, including health-hazardous dust such as concrete, quartz and grinding dust. Dust class H in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69 means: a maximum penetration rate of less than 0.005 per cent, making it approved for carcinogenic and mineral dusts. It fits core drilling machines with a 35 mm extraction adapter, floor grinders and routers, and, when used with the floor cleaning kit, removes sand, dust and sanding debris from the floor.

Suction capacity and filter

The 1200-watt motor generates an air flow of 200 m³/h at a negative pressure of 220 mbar, sufficient for long hose runs and fine dusts. The dust-laden air is slowed down in the cyclone; coarse particles settle on the conical pre-filter, whilst fine particles pass through the HEPA main filter. After switching off, the coarse dust falls through the bottom flap into the continuous-feed bag, keeping the filter clear for longer.

Additional features

• Endless bag system: A 22-metre-long plastic tube beneath the container is divided into individual bags. The dust falls into them; the bag is tied off and disposed of without any dust escaping.
• Cyclone pre-separation: Coarse dust is separated before it reaches the filter, which extends the service life of the HEPA filter.
• Floor cleaning kit: Suction tubes and a floor brush are included; the vacuum can also be used as a floor cleaner without being connected to a machine.

Emptying and transport

To empty the unit, the filled section of the bag beneath the container is tied off and cut away; the next section is immediately ready for use. The chassis, fitted with two swivel castors with locking brakes and two fixed castors, allows the 30 kg vacuum cleaner to be manoeuvred across the construction site, whilst the 8-metre cable eliminates the need for an extension lead.

Compatible filters and bags

For continuous use, you should keep our replacement filters and bags in stock:

• Cone-shaped filter: The pre-filter, which can be replaced without tools.
• H13 HEPA main filter: Cannot be cleaned. It should only be replaced if the suction power remains weak after cleaning and replacing the pre-filter.
• Continuous bag: 22-metre roll, replacement for the bag system.
