This premium diamond cutting disc is ideal for cutting through asphalt and screed using a Floor saw, featuring a disc that does not wear out after just one job when used on abrasive materials: Ø 350 mm, 21 laser-welded Deep-Drop segments with a segment height of 10 mm, manufactured in accordance with EN 13236. The soft bond continuously releases new diamonds into the asphalt and screed, ensuring that cutting performance remains consistent right down to the very last millimetre of the segment.
Segments and construction
21 straight Deep-Drop segments, each 10 mm high, are laser-welded onto the 2.2 mm thick core blade. At 3.2 mm, the segments are wider than the blade, ensuring the blade runs freely through the cut without jamming. The deep segment gaps allow water and slurry to drain away; when cutting asphalt, this is the difference between a clean cut and a mud-smeared blade. The 25.4 mm bore, with an 11 mm pin hole for the drive pin, is the standard mounting for Floor saws and large petrol-powered cut-off machines.

Materials and wet cutting
Asphalt, screed and other abrasive building materials wear down the segments quickly, which is why this disc is specifically bonded for this purpose. It would wear out too quickly in hard concrete or reinforced concrete; for that, we offer our concrete cutting discs. The disc is used wet; the water cools the segments and binds the dust.

Compatible machines
The disc fits any floor saw or cut-off grinder with a 25.4 mm mounting and a drive pin designed for 350 mm discs. It is not intended for our SuperCut 500X floor saw, which uses 500 mm discs.
