SAS-PRO dust extraction attachment with 1 1/4" UNC for dry drilling
The SAS-PRO is fitted between the drill spindle and the drill bit, with 1 1/4" UNC connections on both ends and a suction nozzle with a diameter of 38 mm. It is ideal for dry drilling in masonry, sand-lime brick and clay brick. Compatible with our DKB102/H and machines without their own extraction connection.

SAS-PRO dust extraction attachment with 1 1/4" UNC for dry drilling with core drilling machines
The SAS-PRO is ideal for electricians and plumbers who are dry drilling into masonry, sand-lime brick or brick using a core drilling rig without its own extraction connection, and who do not want the drilling dust to remain in the room: It is screwed between the spindle and the drill bit, features 1 1/4" UNC threads on both sides and channels the dust via the side connection ( 38 mm outer diameter ) into the industrial vacuum cleaner. For tools with an M18 spindle, we offer our M18 to 1 1/4" UNC dust extraction attachment.
How to fit the dust extraction attachment
The SAS-PRO is screwed onto the drill spindle using its internal thread and tightened; the dry diamond core bit is fitted onto its external thread, and the extraction hose is connected to the side nozzle. This works for hand-held use as well as in a core drill stand. The spindle and core bit must both have a 1 1/4" UNC thread; if one of them does not fit, one of our adaptors will help. When dry drilling, the drill cuttings must be extracted via a suitable industrial vacuum cleaner, as specified in the operating instructions.

Compatible with these core drilling machines
- DKB102/H: The operating instructions specify the SAS-PRO as the extraction unit for dry drilling in masonry, sand-lime brick, clinker and brick. It fits onto the supplied adapter, which converts the M16 spindle to 1 1/4" UNC.
- SID132/Xtrem: Using our M18 to 1 1/4" UNC adapter, the SAS-PRO also fits onto the M18 spindle of the soft-hammer drill; soft-hammer or standard dry diamond core bits are fitted in front of it.
- Core drilling machines from other manufacturers: with a 1 1/4" UNC external thread on the spindle and without their own extraction connection.
Our DKB-202/H-PRO, DKB-202/P-PRO and SID202/P-PRO units extract dust via their own connection using the supplied extraction adapter and do not require the SAS-PRO, not even for dry diamond core bits with a working length of 400 mm. All units can be found amongst our core drilling machines.
What else is required
The SAS-PRO requires an industrial vacuum cleaner with a hose of Ø 31 mm that fits the connector (Ø 38 mm external), for mineral drilling dust of dust class H. Suitable industrial vacuum cleaners can be found amongst our industrial vacuum cleaners; dry diamond core bits with 1 1/4" UNC can be found amongst our diamond core drill bits.
Scope of delivery
The SAS-PRO dust extraction attachment is supplied. The drill bit and industrial vacuum cleaner are not included.
