The M12 x 16.8 mm threaded rod, 175 mm in length, is an essential fixing accessory for core drilling stands. It is used to secure the core drilling stand safely and securely. This specific version of the threaded rod is fitted with a large nut and a washer, which enhance the stability and safety of the mounting.
The mounting kit for core drilling stands
To securely fix a core drilling stand using the mounting kit, care must be taken to ensure that an M12 fixing plug (not included) is securely and firmly anchored in the substrate. The threaded rod is mounted vertically, at a right angle to the core drilling stand, so that the washer and nut rest flat against the base of the core drilling stand. Use a ring spanner or open-ended spanner with a SW27 size to tighten the nut.
