Replacement clamp holder, Ø 60 mm, for the IDS252/V-PRO core drill stand
Suitable for our IDS252/V-PRO; 1 clamping holder for core drilling machines with a 60 mm clamping collar. If the machine can no longer be clamped securely despite the clamping screw being tightened, it is time to replace the clamping holder.

Clamp holder, Ø 60 mm, for the IDS252/V-PRO core drill stand
Replacement clamping holder for our IDS252/V-PRO core drill stand, suitable for core drilling machines with a 60 mm clamping collar. It slots into the mount on the feed carriage and is secured there with the locking screw; the unit holds the clamping screw in place.

- IDS252/V-PRO: Our vibration-damping stand for diameters up to 252 mm with screw or Vacuum fixing, supplied with this clamping holder as standard.
- SID202/H-Xtrem and SID202/P-Xtrem: Our soft impact core drilling machines with a 60 mm clamping collar, in stands up to 202 mm in diameter.
- DKB-202/H-PRO and DKB-202/P-PRO: Our diamond core drills with a clamping collar of Ø 60 mm, in a stand up to Ø 202 mm.

When to replace
The clamping holder is a wear part. It should be replaced if the core drilling rig can no longer be clamped securely despite the clamping screw being tightened, as a rig with play in the holder will no longer run smoothly along the axis during drilling. Before replacing it, set the feed carriage’s locking lever to ‘Tight’ to prevent the carriage from dropping.

- Replacement: Lock the carriage, loosen the locking screw, replace the holder, check for a secure fit
