Replacement clamp holder, Ø 60 mm, for the KBS252/PRO core drill stand
Suitable for our KBS252/PRO; 1 clamping holder for core drilling machines with a 60 mm clamping collar. If the machine can no longer be clamped securely despite the clamping screw being tightened, it is time to replace the clamping holder.

Clamp holder, Ø 60 mm, for the KBS252/PRO core drill stand
Replacement clamping holder for our KBS252/PRO core drill stand, suitable for core drilling machines with a 60 mm clamping collar. It slots into the mount on the feed carriage; two locking screws secure it in place, whilst the clamping screw secures the machine.
Compatible with
- KBS252/PRO: Our stand for diameters up to 252 mm, supplied with this clamping holder as standard.
- TBS3000/PRO: Our telescopic stand has two clamping holders of this type, on the vertical and horizontal drilling carriages.
- DKB-202/H-PRO and DKB-202/P-PRO: Our diamond core drills with a clamping collar of Ø 60 mm, in the stand up to Ø 202 mm.
- SID202/H-Xtrem and SID202/P-Xtrem: Our soft impact core drilling machines with a clamping collar of Ø 60 mm, accommodating up to Ø 202 mm in the stand.

When to replace
The clamping holder is a wear part. It should be replaced if the core drilling unit can no longer be clamped securely despite the clamping screw being tightened, as a unit with play in the holder will no longer run smoothly along the axis during drilling. According to the operating instructions, the holder should then be replaced; before doing so, the feed carriage must be secured against dropping using the safety device.
