Soft-impact core drill DKS-162/DC-P

The DKS-162/DC-P diamond core drill is a powerful tool with a pistol grip design. With an output of 2200 watts at a voltage of 230 volts and an amperage of 10 amps, it offers robust performance for a wide range of drilling applications.

With a weight of 6.5 kg, the device is handy and easy to use. The frequency is in the range of 50-60 Hz. It enables precise drilling with different diameters: Without a stand, diameters of 162 mm can be achieved in first gear and 76 mm in second gear. With the stand, the diameters are 202 mm in first gear and 102 mm in second gear.

The idle speeds of the DKS-162/DC-P vary between 640 and 1420 revolutions per minute, while the impact frequency is 15360 BPM in first gear and 34080 BPM in second gear. The spindle thread is designed as 1 1/4" UNC & G1/2".

The machine is compatible with the KBS-252/M-PRO core drill rig, enabling a wide range of applications. Thanks to the mechanical 2-speed oil bath gearbox, precise adjustment of speed and power is possible.

The switch for the two gears can be locked, and the setting ring soft impact function makes drilling easier. The quick-change system enables connection to both water sources and hoovers.

There are two LED indicators on the DKS-162/DC-P that display operating status information with red and yellow light. The supplied adapters can be exchanged and enable suction or water supply for dry drilling. The use of a water collection ring is recommended for wet drilling.

The DKS-DC series of core drills is designed for both wet and dry drilling. The drive spindle has a 1-1/4" UNC external thread and a G1/2" internal thread, which allows flexibility in tool selection.

The DKS-162/DC-P and DKS-162/DC-H core drilling machines can be operated both in manual mode and with a core drill rig. The use of a ᴓ 60 mm clamp holder is required when mounting with a stand.

The DKS-162/DC-P is ideal for wet and dry cut drilling in concrete, stone and masonry. The soft impact function makes drilling easier, whereby the choice of the right drill bit is important. The machine can be used both with the soft-impact function and in normal drilling mode.
