Our HSS Kernlochbohrer are the result of years of experience in the field of tool technology. They are characterised by their high quality and durability. We achieve this characteristic by using cobalt alloyed high speed steel, which has a higher hot hardness resistance.

The range includes 6 core drills with diameters of 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm and 22 mm and an ejector pin, which are stored in a plastic case. These core drills are made of high quality material and offer high durability and performance. The ejector pin makes it easy to remove the core from the drill hole. This set is ideal for users who regularly drill cores of different sizes and it includes a wide range of core drills in different diameters and an ejector pin for easy handling. The plastic case allows the tools to be stored safely and neatly and makes them easy to transport.

These core drills are ideal for drilling difficult-to-machine materials and are suitable for the highest demands. They can be used for machining unalloyed and alloyed steels (up to 1200 N/mm²), hot and cold work steels as well as for tempered steels. Our core drills have a Weldon shank (19mm) and are CBN-ground. The working length is 35mm.
