The sanding disc can be mounted on all floor sanding machines with a working width of 250 mm. Thanks to the specific design, our sanding disc has a very good sanding performance and long service life. The special material mix of the PCD / PCD premium segments ensures that the surface to be processed is removed evenly and highly effectively.

Applications:

PCD/PCD MIX with polycrystalline diamond cutting edges (not suitable for scrubbing). For removing thick floor coatings, paints, all types of adhesives and sealants (e.g. epoxy resin, polyurethane and acrylic).

The PCD/PCD MIX segments prevent the tool from plunging too deeply into the surface to be worked on, while at the same time ensuring a homogeneous sanding pattern. It is used especially on industrial floors, for preparing screed floors and in preparation for new coatings, for removing old coatings or coverings and much more.

PCD (polycrystalline diamond) / PCD (polycrystalline diamond) MIX grinding discs are an innovative extension for floor grinding machines that have been specially developed for grinding hard floors such as concrete, granite and terrazzo. These grinding discs use a combination of PCD and PCD diamonds to achieve an optimum grinding effect on hard floors.

PCD sanding discs have a higher diamond content than conventional sanding discs and are therefore much more durable and resistant to wear. This makes them an ideal choice for use on hard floors that would normally cause faster wear. PCD discs, on the other hand, have a higher cutting performance and are particularly effective at removing adhesives, paints and epoxy resins.

The combination of PCD and PCD in a MIX sanding disc therefore offers excellent sanding performance on hard floors that are normally difficult to work on. The PCD segments provide a fast and effective sanding action on hard floors, while the PCD segments ensure better removal of adhesives, paints and epoxy resins.

Another advantage of the PCD / PCD MIX sanding discs is that they are available for a wide range of floor sanding machines and are easy to fit. They are available in different diameters so that they can be adapted to different sanding machines.

However, it is important to note that PCD / PCD MIX sanding discs are not suitable for all floor types. If the floor is soft or delicate, a PCD / PCD MIX disc may be too aggressive and cause damage. In this case, it would be better to use other types of sanding discs that are suitable for soft or sensitive floors.
