Application area without drill rig

Without a drill stand, machining is possible up to a maximum diameter of 125 mm. However, we recommend working with a drill stand from a diameter of 100 mm.

Diamond coredrill DKB-180/3H

The diamond core drill DKB-180/3H is characterised by an impressive output of 2300 watts at a voltage of 230 volts and is ideal for precise drilling work in concrete, stone and masonry, both in wet and dry cutting. Despite its powerful performance, the device is surprisingly light and easy to handle with a weight of 6.3 kg. It operates at a frequency of 50-60 Hz.

The model enables drilling up to a diameter of 180 mm without a core drill rig, although the use of a core drill rig is recommended for drilling diameters of 100 mm and above. The idle speed of the device is 740, 1630 and 3270 revolutions per minute. It has a spindle thread of 1 1/4 UNC & G1/2 and is compatible with the KBS-280/M and KBS-200M core drill rigs.

A special feature of the DKS-180/3H is the mechanical 3-speed grease gearbox, which ensures optimum power transmission. With the suitable drill bits, this device is ideal for wet and dry-cut drilling in various materials such as concrete, stone, brick and masonry.

With a 1 1/4 UNC external thread and a G1/2 internal thread, the drive spindle of the device offers a wide range of possible applications.
