Grey painters fleece, 200 g/m², thermally bonded, for large areas on the building site
The grey painters fleece is ideal for painters, fit-out and renovation firms that need to cover large floor areas and walkways on site quickly: The thermal setting ensures that the 200 g/m² fleece, which is approximately 1 mm thick, retains its shape; once rolled out, it lies flat on the floor without the need to smooth out any ripples or creases. The absorbent top layer absorbs paint and dirt, whilst the PE coating on the underside keeps liquids away from the floor and provides grip. For stairs and walkways where the fleece needs to adhere, we offer our self-adhesive white Painters fleece.
How to lay the fleece
The fleece is unrolled onto the floor and, thanks to its reinforced construction, lies flat immediately; this saves time when laying it out over large areas. The PE anti-slip coating keeps it in place on tiles, wood, laminate and vinyl without the need for adhesive. Fewer ripples and raised edges mean fewer trip hazards. After use, it is rolled up and, if handled with care, can be reused.
- Material: 20 per cent cotton, 80 per cent synthetic fibre, 200 g/m²
- Thickness: approx. 1 mm
- Underside: PE anti-slip coating, waterproof
- Properties: thermally bonded, dimensionally stable, absorbent, hard-wearing, high tensile strength
- Floors: Tiles, wood, laminate, vinyl
- Roll: 1 m wide, 50 m long, 50 m², approx. 10 kg
Grey or white, roll or pack
The grey fleece is the ideal choice for areas such as building shells, fit-out work and large rooms where there is a lot of activity and liquids need to be absorbed. On stairs and in hallways, where the fleece must not slip, the white version with an adhesive coating is the better choice. The grey version is available as a single roll of 50 m² and in a pack of 12 rolls, which together cover 600 m² (calculated).
