Replacement carbon brushes for the DKB-200/3SH core drill
Suitable for existing DKB-200/3SH units; a set of 2 carbon brushes for replacement when the electric motor’s brushes are worn. The cut-off carbon brushes stop the machine when replacement is due; check after approximately 300 operating hours.

Replacement carbon brushes sold as a pair for our DKB-200/3SH core drilling machine, precisely matched to the motor of this model. The machine is being phased out, but the brushes remain available in our shop for existing machines.
Suitable for
- DKB-200/3SH: Core drilling machine with shoulder rest, 2100 W, up to 150 mm in concrete when operated by hand and up to 200 mm in brick. For the DKB-202/H-PRO and the DKB-202/P-PRO, please see our carbon brushes for the DKB-202.

When to replace
The DKB-200/3SH operates with cut-off carbon brushes: if the brushes are worn out, the machine switches itself off automatically to protect the motor. Prolonged overload causes the brushes to burn out; reducing the feed rate if the core bit is stuck will extend their service life. The instruction manual recommends regular checks; replacement must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
