The Terrazzo diamond grinding pad with grit size 200 is ideal for preparing stone and terrazzo floors: Ø 100 mm, diamond-coated, attached to the adapter holder with Velcro, for wet and dry use.
- Grit 200: the second intermediate sanding stage, producing a smooth surface with barely visible scratches.
- Three pads per grit size: attached to the adapter holders on the adapter plate using Velcro.
- For our BSM250/E-PRO and BSM250/Xtrem: quick-change system via the adapter plate.

Diamond grinding pad, Ø 100 mm, for stone and terrazzo floors, grit sizes 50 to 800
The Terrazzo diamond grinding pad is ideal for preparing terrazzo and stone floors, grinding out scratches and superficial damage, and smoothing the surface: 5 grit sizes from 50 to 800, Ø 100 mm, attached to the adapter holder with Velcro, for wet and dry use. For concrete floors, we offer our concrete diamond grinding pad with grit sizes up to 1500.
Grit sizes and mounting
Each grit size builds on the previous one: 50 is the first step with heavy removal, tackling coarser irregularities; 100 prepares the surface for fine grinding and removes traces of the coarse grinding; 200 produces a smooth surface with barely visible scratches, 400 a very smooth, finely finished surface with no visible scratch marks, and 800 refines it further. Three pads of the same grit size are always used on the machine.

Materials
The diamond-coated disc grinds quickly and precisely, whether renovating old or new floors. Before the first pad is applied, our diamond grinding discs level the floor, depending on its condition.

Compatible machines
The pad is part of the system on the grinding head. The adapter holder and adapter plate are not included with the pad; the complete set requires:
- Adapter plate Ø 250 mm: Attached to the grinding head with four countersunk screws and accommodates three adapter holders.
- 3 adapter holders, Ø 100 mm: Fit into the adapter plate via Redi-Lock and each hold one pad in place with Velcro.
- 3 diamond sanding pads: Three of each grit size, one pro holder.
Via the adapter plate, the system is compatible with our BSM250/E-PRO and BSM250/Xtrem floor grinders, as well as other machines with a 250 mm working width and a Redi-Lock mounting. All pads can be found under our diamond sanding pads.
